The deal

Is the $495 really the only price?
Yes. No setup fee, no per-page fee, no edit fees, no hosting fee. The only thing we don't cover is your domain registration (~$15/yr) and any third-party tools you specifically request (booking software, etc.).
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any month with one click. We'll hand off your domain and content. If you ever come back, your site picks up right where it left off.
Can I pay annually for a discount?
Yes — pay for 11 months upfront and the 12th is on us. Most clients pay monthly, though, because the flexibility matters more than the savings.

How long until my site is live?
About four weeks from our kickoff call. The fastest we've gone is under three weeks; the longest, about six. Four weeks is the steady-state norm.
Who actually builds my site?
Senior designers and engineers — the same team that built this site. We don't subcontract junior work. You'll know the people working on your site by name.
How many pages can I have?
Up to 8 at launch (which covers 95% of small businesses). After that, new pages are included in your monthly subscription as long as they fit the original scope.
Can I bring my own copy and photos?
Absolutely — and we'll polish whatever you give us. If you don't have copy or photography ready, we'll either write it from scratch or arrange a local photographer (one-time fee, transparent quote).

How fast are edits?
Same day for small changes (text, photos, pricing). Within 72 hours for new sections or features that fit your existing scope. We'll always tell you up front if something will take longer.
Will my site be fast and built right?
Always. Every site ships fast-loading, mobile-perfect, and accessible, with clean, semantic code under the hood. We focus on building the site right — we don't run paid ads or ongoing marketing campaigns.
What if I need a custom feature?
Content updates, design changes, and new pages are all included in your monthly subscription. If you need something more complex, let's talk and we'll quote a one-time fee.
Do you work with my industry?
Almost certainly. We've built sites for a large variety of industries, and the first thing we do the necessary research to make sure we know how to appeal to your target audience. If your business runs on local trust and a steady customer pipeline, we're a fit.
